“I’d love to build a strong acting foundation in our spring acting class, forming a common language with students that can be used when we rehearse shows together and build trust so that students know they are free to fail in the rehearsal room.”
Although Molly has high hopes for the future of her career, it is evident that her students already think very highly of her work ethic. “She has a calm poise that commands dignity and respect,” said sophomore Jack McGregor. “She is the piece to the theater department that has been missing for years.” Two of her other students, sophomore Marissa Leeras, and junior Talea Errington, stated that she has “the perfect balance of grace and gentleness,” but that she also “thinks about [their] feelings and is a great spiritual mentor.”
Even though we are only five weeks in, it seems as though Weiber Faber has already made a splash in academics and community here at NW. She really does fit right in.
