The Northwestern Tennis team swept Grand View University 9-0 on Friday, March 13. With the win, the Raiders improve to 2-4 on the season.
Senior Frankie Eszes won two sets 6-0 and 6-1. Senior Terry Odera won her match in three sets with scores of 6-4, 3-6 and 10-8. Sophomore Daniela Lozano defeated her opponent with set scores of 6-1 and 7-5. Junior Valorie Robinson won 6-3 and 6-0. Sophomore McKayla Johnson won 7-5 and 6-0, and freshman Anna Haler won by forfeit.
In the doubles, the tandem of Eszes and Odera won 8-1. Lozano and Robinson defeated their opponent 8-3. Johnson and Haler won by forfeit.
The Raiders will travel to Central College on Saturday, March 27 to face the Dutch. The first match will begin at 4 p.m.
